Arkansas Ranks Poorly in Animal Protection Laws Video

Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, and North Dakota are the five best states in the country to be an animal abuser, according to a new report just released by the Animal Legal Defense Fund. The annual report, the only one of its kind in the nation, ranks all fifty states and the District of Columbia and other U.S. territories for the general comprehensiveness. I can understand ...
I can understand why Arkansas is on that list. Around here, people are pretty ingrained with the "animals are just property" mindset. Like in Missouri, the Tea Party has got the most paranoid ideals? out of the woodwork and every law gets greeted with the "slippery slope" argument. Interestingly, I think North Dakota's laws are weak mostly because of its low population and vastness. It's not a very easy place for feral cats and dogs to survive because they are dependent on people.

Write to the? ...
Write to the? congress over and over again for these redneck states

Dogs are God's ...
Dogs are God's finest creatures. They deserve better treatment than that displayed in this video? posting. Shame!

The Animal? Legal ...
